Extended Stay America - Houston - NASA - Bay Area Blvd.

I want to give a big shout out to Cedric and Jamie for being on top of their jobs and being very courteous to my family during our stay here. Both are greatly appreciated. The room was clean and they had our pots and pans available. The hotel is clean as well as the cleaning staff is also very friendly and full of cheer. We couldn’t be happier. Thank you all.

The hostess was so accommodating, even though my fella was grumpy from the trip, she was bright, quick, and delightfully helpful. The room was very pleasing, clean, roomy, and comfortably arranged. I was especially pleased to find out it they have a variety of kitchenwares available to borrow at the asking. Very convenient. Additionally this hotel is located near a wide variety of shops and eateries (both well known chain and unique local) which made finding just what we want practically effortless. I hope to stay at this hotel again, this has been a very good experience. :]

A big sign out front under new management, rooms were clean, including bathroom and kitchen. Check in is at 3pm I arrived at 4pm my room with a king bed was not ready, I returned at 430pm my king bed room was still not ready, staff asked if I would take a queen bed, I said sure as a queen room was ready. Pool was clean.

It has been more and more amazing of a stay here each time I come back. Especially this time currently. The front desk is so attentive to customer needs and goes above and beyond to help customers become and stay satisfied. Jackie, Jordan and Stephanie are caring and honest people who are the current staff I’ve encountered while staying and they have really just made me feel at home. Going through the transition I have been hasn’t been easy for me however the concern and genuine care they’ve all shown me has given me such a relief in getting situated again. Feels like a home almost and I just Can say that I’m more than thankful to have them as working-neighbors haha. Thank y’all so much! Location is perfect due to the position and Street it’s on, it’s easy access to everything! They keep you stocked on clean towels, rags and linens, will wash your sheets and bed spread daily. Very courteous and respectful to privacy and comfort. They make it known in their actions they’re only there to help. They keep the breakfast area stocked and clean. Will go above and beyond in being attentive to customers personal needs, from what I’ve personally witnessed and dealt with in my own personal situation. They went out of their way to make things easier for me and surprised me with news that was a relief in the entirety of my current lively hood. 10/10 recommendation to anybody looking for a room to book! Again thank y’all so much.

My experience at Extended Stay America was terrific and I highly recommend to all! The front desk is management and staff is available 24 hrs and is always on property. Manager Stephanie is always friendly and helpful and was super accommodating with in helping me reserve the best room for the needs of my stay. Sedrick (sorry if misspelled!) and Sandra are out of this world managers and made the stay incredibly simple and worry free. If you need anything at anytime before the cleaning crew comes by in the am, they always have replenishments in the back if you run out of toiletries, paper products, towels...you name it - even staples...when needed on the fly. The room was very clean upon arrival and kept very clean throughout. Chamilla, one of several star cleaning ladies, was particularly helpful during our stay. The exterior of the hotel is kept very nice and clean...family and pet friendly. The location is terrific - close to stores and major roads for travel. It is safe and clean and friendly...would recommend to all, families and traveling business folks alike. Again, very pet friendly with a nice, grassy walking area and even a field next door to throw a rope and let them run a bit! Pet pole poop emptied daily and always full of bags! A real thrill for any dog person! Highly recommend!

Clean rooms that are non smoking. Bed was comfy and the kitchenette saved me money on food while traveling. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and I had a few issues that they helped me sort out from forgotten items to extra towels, even a phone charge cable when mine broke. Brittnee at the front desk in particular was SUPER HELPFUL, every request was met with friendliness and haste. Highly recommend this location newer building or recent remodel it's nice inside.

Love Location. First night had problems. However, Manager Danielle rectify situation. A room I & son were sent to wasn't ready for clean or client ready. It was misunderstood by in house employees that room was to be sanitize, exterminated. Management, rectified situation. Moved us to new room. Everything, is Fabulous. Thank you Manger Danielle, Your the Best!

The room was spacious and comfortably laid out, the kitchenette was inviting with a full size fridge and dish washer. The clerks were very helpful and informative. I appreciated that there were common kitchen items available to borrow upon request: these items were delivered in a nice clean bin spick and span ready for use. :]
